● 1975 Paul Ross leaves his job as creative director at William Esty & Co to start his first set of companies named Health from the Sun & Bee-Pollen from England. Health from the Sun distributed the Sanhelios brand, which is still in the Bioforce USA portfolio today.
● 1985 Paul Ross starts ABKIT and distributes the CamoCare brand.
● 1994 ABKIT acquires natureworks and Paul’s son in law, Pierce Sioussat, joins the company as CFO.
● 1998 ABKIT is sold and Paul takes over the distribution rights of A.Vogel Switzerland in a new company named Bioforce USA.
● 2006 Bioforce USA expands and constructs a new building in Ghent, NY.
● 2012 Pierce Sioussat succeeds Paul Ross as CEO and defines a new era for the company marked by strong growth and the expansion of Bioforce USA’s community and charitable programs.
● 2016 Bioforce expands again to double the size of the warehousing operation
