Arnica Rub
 Indications All the unique properties of Arnica in a soothing gel. Made from fresh, organically grown Arnica. Composition 50% tincture from fresh organic Arnica flower tincture (ratio 1:20). Approximately 20 Arnica flower heads per tube. Other ingredients: Ethanol 94%, purified water, glycerol 85%, Hydroxypropyl methylcellullose. Each g of gel contains: 500 mg of arnica flowers (arnica montana). Dosage Apply sparingly to the required area and massage gently into the skin 2 to 4 times daily. Precautions, contraindications and interactions Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. If pregnant or nursing, please consult your physician. For external use only. Do not apply to inflamed or broken skin. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. Store at room temperature in a dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
